“VSP Flight Training Academy Pvt Ltd” was established in 2023 as a Farmer Empowerment Agent focusing on skill development & value-driven training for the farming community in India. VSP is a “Category A” Training Partner recognized by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and serves a wide range of govt. Departments & agencies. To date, VSP has enriched the lives of 1,00,000 farmer families with market-relevant training that has augmented their income and enhanced their lifestyles. VSP has now built a robust drone technology-led community development model in Agri societies aligned to the strategic priorities of the Govt. of India. The business of VSP revolves around the Company’s core competency in community engagement in the agricultural sector and inclusive delivery of value-driven training. Drones technology is rapidly emerging as an integral part of farming activities. VSP is the pioneer in developing a self-sustained ecosystem covering the entire farming value chain around drone technological offers training to potential “Dronepreneurs” through structured training programmes supported by the government through DGCA Licensed RPTO.
